Accommodation and Return to Work
Our training on accommodation and return to work will focus on the different forms of accommodation, and the steps that an organization needs to take when dealing with an illness, injury, or a request for accommodation. Focus will on the the different aspects of the workplace, and the issues that may arise when dealing with a request for accommodation, as they can come in many forms. The basics of Human Rights law will also be covered, as Human Rights law is where accommodation issues arise from.
